The Falster family and their allied neighbors raise grass fed (not corn, soy
beans, i.e. grains) Certified (Sho-Nuf) Registered Hereford beef; pastured (real free range) chickens and, eggs from free ranging in the barnyard and pastured hens; Texan Made Artisan Cheese, and Texan Made Blue Berry Wines & Sherries; on our 60 acre organically managed Wood County ranch just South of Winnsboro, Texas: approximately midway between Dallas and Shreveport, 34 miles North of Tyler, Texas.
We don't put any synthetic chemicals or herbicides on our pastures, and our animals are never in feedlots or confinement houses, except the chickens and goats at night (to protect them from the "boggy man.")
Our mission locally is to be a resource and leader in the restoration of our County farming Environment to the Agrarian Order of Natural Farming Practices. In order to accomplish the mission of Falster Farm, we offer our allies quantities of Organic Soil Amendments & Plant Nutrition Enhancements on a wholesale and retail basis at the Farm.
We believe that education is best served by practical application; therefore, we like sponsoring educational Field Days at Falster Farm in order to educate and demonstrate the all natural Agrarian method of animal and plant husbandry.
